CARES

Saint Francis of Assisi School provides both Before & After School CARES for students in Pre-K through 8th Grade as a licensed After School Program through the Department of Human Services (DHS).  Currently, we are a Keystone STARS 4 facility.

• Saint Francis of Assisi School opens at 7:40 A.M. daily.
• Please contact the Main Office at (610) 272-0501 if your child needs Before School CARES.

• After School CARES begins on Thursday, September 4, 2025 for students in 1st through 8th Grades.
• After School CARES begins on Monday, September 8, 2025 for students in Pre-K & Kindergarten.
• Hours: 2:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday when SFA School is in session
• CARES is NOT offered on Early Dismissal Days and/or days when SFA School closes early.
• CCIS Subsidy is accepted for CARES.

• All forms must be on file before a child can begin to use the After School CARES Program.

• Activity/Registration Fee: $40.00 per family
• One Child Full Day Rate (2:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.): $25.00
• One Child Hourly Rate (2:30 P.M. - 3:30 P.M.): $16.00
• 2 Children Full Day Rate (2:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.): $35.00
• 2 Children Hourly Rate (2:30 P.M. - 3:30 P.M.): $25.00
• 3 or More Children Full Day Rate (2:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.): $40.00
• 3 or More Children Hourly Rate (2:30 P.M. - 3:30 P.M.): $30.00
• Pick-up is at 5:30 P.M.  Late fees will be charged after 5:30 P.M.
  • Late Fee: $15.00 every 15 minutes
• Payments can be done automatically through FACTS Accounts or by Cash, Check, or Money Order to the Main Office.
