New Immunization Requirements for 7^th Grade Students

• 1 dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap)

            • 1 dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV)

Do Not Wait until September

Students will be excluded from school in September unless written proof of vaccination is received.
